1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used hookahs, mouthpieces, or accessories for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or special-order products
3. Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@hookabh.com with your order number and reason
- Include clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days
If approved:
- You must return the item at your own cost (unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item)
- We’ll send a replacement or process a refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the item
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchange
Want a different item or size?
- Follow the same return steps
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item if in stock
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference or extra shipping fees
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong product or it arrived broken:
- Email support@hookabh.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos
- We’ll replace it or refund you—no extra cost
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check with your bank or card provider
- Contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days: support@hookabh.com
