1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used hookahs, mouthpieces, or accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or special-order products

3. Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@hookabh.com with your order number and reason
  2. Include clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days

If approved:

  • You must return the item at your own cost (unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item)
  • We’ll send a replacement or process a refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the item

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange

Want a different item or size?

  • Follow the same return steps
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item if in stock
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference or extra shipping fees

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong product or it arrived broken:

  • Email support@hookabh.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos
  • We’ll replace it or refund you—no extra cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or card provider
  • Contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days: support@hookabh.com
